Finally upgraded! I just moved to a new house. With the move and an early christmas present to myself, I upgraded from a 37g to a 210g.

Setup AGA 210 with overflow boxes
Flow:
2 x 1" drains to a temp sump.
Mag 18 on the return w/ scwds on the returns
3 x Koralia 3s and 2x Koralia 4s

Sump:
Still waiting for my sump tank. This is the temp.
Ordered 65g acrylic from Glasscages. It will have fuge with DSB and Macro in it.
ASM G2 skimmer
Aqua medic Biotherm & 500w heater.
When sump is changed will be installing Aqua medic Kalk stirrer

Lights:
960w of T5 lighting - Catalina Aquariums built my retro for the tank.
12 x 60" 80w T5 bulbs staggered w/ LED in the center

Running a 6.5" DSB in main tank. Have about 230 lbs of LR. I hope this will keep all my critters and corals happy! My anemone has been a little tramatized along with my Toadstool. The toadstool finally started coming out today. The anemone is still a little drawn up, but he has quit moving all over the place. Of course he stopped on the back side of the rock where you can't see him well.

Hopefullty next week, I'll get the doors and trim on the tank stand and get another coat of paint on it. The sump tank should be in this week as well. Then I can let everything settle down for a while. Let me know what you think. Any ideas?

nice upgrade!

Thanks. It's been fun and trying at times, but worth it in the end.

looks like your off to a good start, what brand of t5 bulbs are you running? i also run just t5's on my 210g but only 6x54w overdriven by icecap ballast.

They are the standard lights that came from Catalina Aquariums. 6- Atinic and 6-10K

Are you doing SPS with just 6 bulbs? If so how are they doing? Pictures please.

i transfered everything from a 75g into this tank a little over 2 months ago so it still is a work in progress. i probably wont have any sps in the tank just softies, lps and zoa's but the lighting itself is very bright and i feel that i could keep some of the more forgiving type.

here is a current pic more can be seen by clicking the red house.

Jcato,

Thanks for the pictures. I might try running 6 at a time for a while and see how the corals do. Pretty stand. Did you build it?

John,
What are you doing for flow? I see the Koralia4s. What about your sump? Returns?

the koralia's and a gen x 8500 return pump are the only circulation due to the corals i plan to keep do not require that high of flow. i built the stand and canopy myself but cant take the credit for the design that would belong to marino420td, after selling him the 120g that he built the stand for my wife made me promise the next big tank i bought had to have a stand like his.

Nothing new right now. I thought I'd be replacing the sump right now but had to return it, the baffles where backwards. Hoping that the new one will be in tomorrow. Then I can set up my fuge and sump this weekend.

Is anyone else running t5s on there big tank. If so what kind of growth do you get on your SPS.
