Bowerbanki with 6 mouths?

This was sold to me as a acan bowerbanki but the second head has 6 mouths? Is this possible?

Yeah, i guess i really don't care really. I would kind of just like to know. In that pic i had just moved it for the picture and it is deflated. On any other ocassion it is usually very puffy. Anyways, i like it.
