box is wet

I just received my shipment for my 3 corals and the box arrived wet, I had the UPS guy hang around until I opened it, the box looked fine no damage, the Styrofoam was taped and fine but wet,I had three bags inside of one bag, one bag was almost drained of the water the other two were fine, I took lots of pictures with my phone, I called and no answer.
