Brackish fish and diseases?

So I understand the difference between marine diseases and freshwater diseases. But what diseases are brackish fish at risk for?

Specifically I have a Green Spotted Puffer in my reef tank and he has been thriving and a model citizen. I'm just curious since they spend parts of their life in fresh, brackish and marine water are they susceptible to all diseases? Or would they only be impacted by one or the other?

My "best guess" would be they are susceptible to whatever diseases they are exposed to at that time. For example, a FW molly would be susceptible to FW ich (Ichthyophthirius); but once he's converted over to full SW, he's now susceptible to SW ich (Cryptocaryon). Whatever diseases are present/can survive in brackish conditions, a fish in brackish water would be susceptible to.
