Brain coral location???

Hi I have a Brain Coral Its closed polyp. I think is a blue and green Favites. I have a 28 gallon Bowfront where would be the best location to put it in my tanK?? Top middle or in the sand???

Depends on what kind of lighting you have and what lighting it came from. My favia's seen to do best under lower light and recede if placed directly under metal halides (150 watt 10ks) but are quite happy off to the side and don't seem to mind what the flow is.
