what kind of lighting is best, adequate?

I have Coralife 96w 10000k daylight and 10000k actinic

love the look of these, want to know if my lighting is sufficient.
also, what to feed?

What kind of tank are you lighting? I've got a 46 lighted by 2 vho's and a 175 halide, my trachy prefers to be out of direct halide light but doesn't mind the Vho's however.
As far as feeding, small pieces of shredded cocktail shrimp (half the size of your pinky nail) about once a week when feeding tentacles are out. Mine eventually tapered off and doesn't require any feeding since the Halide.
