Brand New 6025 missing parts in box. :irked:

Ordered a 6025 from Bulk Reef Supply. got it in, and it is missing the 4 (four) blue rubber isolation gromits that holds the powerhead ball bracket to the magnet base. Since it is missing these isolation gromits, I cannot assymble the powerhead to actually use it.

I had spoke to Kevin? at BRS and he said he would send a return lable to return the power head and exchange it. Since then, he's fallen off the face of the earth and not responded to any e-mails. And its been 4 weeks and still no response. Is there anyone out there that has an extra set of 4 isolator gromits?

Just really irks me that I have a brand new power head sitting in the box that I can't use.:sad1:

No problem at all, I am sorry for this, you should know that we changed the packaging about 6 weeks ago to solve this problem, all the small parts are now in a bag in the box but on older ones they were loose and sometimes fell out or were omitted. Just PM me the address and we will send you the 4 grommets.
