Brand new Hanah checker with problem?

Just bought the phosphate checker.put the battery. In and I'm getting a low light fault.does anyone know what is going on ?suggestions?

I'd try in the Hanna forum. I haven't used that piece of equipment, so I can't help much.

Mine did that for a while when brand new. Try using it under a bright room like your bathroom.
