Brand New Osmolator Issue

I recieved my osmolator on Thursday and got it up and running Saturday. Worked for the first day and I checked it this morning and the sump level was low with the red too low light blinking. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in at which time the pump came on and preceeded to pump until the alarm went off as the water level was too high...

Any thoughts on how I can correct this? The unit is installed properly with the return line going up to the overflow on my tank with the line above the water line.

Please see the stickied thread at the top of this forum, I suspect you have the transformer issue mentioned in this thread, the fix is simple, please walk through the entire troubleshooting outline.
