Brand new Osmolator Nano 3152 not filling

I have a new Osmolator Nano 3152 setup. It was working fine for about 4 days. The tank is in my office and I was gone for an extended weekend and returned to find that the ato had failed and the tank return chamber was almost dry... The only way I am able to get it to trigger is by unplugging and then plugging the power back in, then it runs for a variable amount of time typically 30 seconds to a minute. Then I have to unplug the power and plug it back in. I am assuming the floatswitch is bad? How do I get this replaced?
