I won this at Ocean's Floor, Dave threw in one of the magnets and I purchased the other. I used it for 5 minutes when I figured out the controller wasn't working properly. Sent the controller to Roger at Tunze and he replaced it. I never ended up putting it back in the tank because of the size. I have a 75 gallon and it's just too big.

$475.00 and the price is firm!

What do the magnets have to do with the wave box?

The magnets are used to keep the wavebox on the glass secure and at the proper height.

You would think for 500$ new it would come with the needed brackets to mount it

I won it in a raffle Ocean's Floor was having about a month ago. Went in and got some unbelievable frags, got a free lunch for the family and me and then a call about 8:00 that night that I won the wave box! Talk about a great day
I really wish my tank was bigger, these things really do work. Someone has a thread going now on his, can't remember his name but he likes it.

It does come with a hanging kit but from what I read, not very user friendly. It's a Tunze product canar, German, expensive and if you've got the money, well worth it.
