I have a 55 gallon tank I have decided to break down. I think I am going to take a break from the hobby for a while. I want to part with the livestock first. The main items are as follows:
- Percula clown ~2.5" $35
- cleaner shrimp $15
- Duncan coral - $200 my centerpiece. It is a beautiful fluorescent green with about 40 heads. When fully open it is about 6-7" diameter.
- Frogspawn coral- $150 about 50 heads. About 7+ " when fully open
- Fluorescent green Sinularia (?). $50 About 6" tall, two stalks. Really nice.
- Kenyan tree coral (?). $35 When open it is about 4".
The tank also has a ton of clam and mini brittle stars (largest they grow to about 1.5" diameter). The rock will be sold after the livestock is gone. As you can see from the pictures it is nearly all covered with grass. I think it is turtle grass. Nothing eats it. Apparently some folks pay for this stuff. It will obviously go with the rock when I sell the rock. I have no ideas on prices for this stuff these days so PM and make some offers. I know the Duncan and Frogspawn will generally sell for $10-15 a head so one could consider buying these and breaking them apart if you wanted to make some cash. I just want to sell the colonies as a whole, so I'm open to offers. I believe I have about 50-60lbs of rock in there that is made up of about 5 or 6 large rocks.
