Breaking down the 180 - equip for sale

Today I broke down my 180g tank and looking to sell. Below is the setup.

180g tank with dual overflows
Acrylic All-Glass Mega Flow model 4 sump (dual overflow)
QuiteOne return pump
Reef Octopus protein skimmer (with ball valve mod)
PhosBan Reactor 150
150lbs live rock (mix of Fiji and Marshall Island)
Approx 150lbs existing live sand
80lbs new Agri-Alive sand in the bags

Over 3k invested - asking $1300 obo must sell

I believe I am keeping the livestock for now (wife feels that they are pets!) I may hold off on selling the sand seperately for now incase I get a hit on the whole setup.
