brine shrimp hatchery

Anyone know where to get a hatchery nearby? The one I am looking for is the kind that uses a 2 liter bottle. I would go DIY but don't want to risk it. I would order online but I like to support locally first.

DIYing it would be easy. Just take one bottle cut the top off and fill bottom with some gravel and make a hole in the side close to the bottom. Next take another 2 liter bottle and drill a hole in the top just bid enough for a peice of rigid air line tubing and insert the tubing a couple of inches. then cut the bottom off. Flip the bottle over and slide the sirline tubing through the hole in the other bottle and you have a hatchery. Here is a picture. HTH, Tim
