In the Manual on Live Foods for Aquaculture, the United Nations article by the Artemia Research Centre at the University of Gent has a chart with the protein and lipid levels of brine shrimp wild caught and on grown based on dry weight. Brine shrimp are used extensively in the mariculture industry as a large part of the feeding programs.
