Brisal worms friend or fo

Are Brisal worms good or bad? I have researched quite a bit and everyone seems split

Bristle worms are fine, even desireable. They are excellent dertrivores and scavengers and add to the overall biodiversity of the tank. Having said that, be a bit careful when picking things up from the substrate since they like to hide under things and their bristles are irritating if you touch them. Otherwisen they do not harm anything unbless they are already sick or dying.
