Bristleworm Coming out of my Scooter Blenny?

Umm.........why is there a bristleworm coming out of my scooter blanny?

It's coming from it's underside near the rear.

This just seems odd to me I guess.

Could he have accidentally consumed a bristleworm while looking for food in the sand and it's grown inside of the blenny?
