bristleworms problem

ok so ive got a 75 gallon reef..with a fuge

the fuge at the current moment is crawling with bristleworms ( i can probably count about 300) and i was wondering how i should get rid of them. my rainfords goby is getting thinner and i think it is a result of the bristleworms in the fuge..any help?

Rainfords eat microfauna often found in filamentous algae. Do you have a plentiful supple of hair and similar types of algae to provide habitat for what it eats?

I don't see how the bristelworms are really a problem in this...?
