Broke down an bought LED. Prestige LED Gamma

They are great lights one of our own chicago reefs came out with this light and then sold the company. Seen a lot of great growth with them in some reefers tanks. I am looking at stating another tank with one of these lights also.

Saw these over the tanks at Club Reef. Really stunning. If you can afford it, these T5/LED Hybrids really are the way to go right now.

Any updates here i loking tu get 36' inch light and was wonder vhot is the best combo off the T5 and hove is the light programable con you du sunrise and sunset on led or clouds thanks for respond any pics off the progres of the tank .

I can update soon with some growth pics. But I will say I have had great growth on anything in my display and frag tanks. I did, as most Metal halide diehards( which I was) will find, I did burn a couple corals till I figured out the best %. I currently run me blue channel at 70% max and 30-40% whites and 9% color channels.

The LED's are fully controllable to 1% increases or decrease, so yes, I have a sunrise and sunset period. No cloud or storm effect.( had that before with other lights, my kids loved it but I don't think the corals cared to much).

Hi Skareef if is posible con you post you light schedule please thank you is interesting tu see hove is work and vhere you turn on the T5 on thank you.

How far off the water are your lights sitting? Also, when you setup for Moons to be set at 60%, does that means the moons stay at 60% until 9am the next morning when your first program goes into effect?

There about 8-10 inches off the water. I can measure for you when I am back in town on Friday. Your also more than welcome to come look at them.

Yes the moons will stay at the last program them ramp down or up to the next program channel. I did have two early morning moon changes but I wanted to use the program setting for other times. I did also noticed that my moons are at 30% and not 60 and ramp up to 50% by 9 am

I'm running 2 of the 24" Prestige over a 5ft tank, I have about 6 inches between the lights and they are about 10" off the water and I still have a dark spot in the middle, will probably have to move them closer together.

I had the 36" on the display tank before I decided to move it to my 48X24X10 frag tank, and put the 2-24" on my display. The 36" had some shading in the back corners on the 48" but still was putting out enough usable light for some LPS and softies to thrive in.

con you show me some pics off the 36 overe your frag tank i take litle shade in corners fore me sun coral and for same chalice
