broken bracket

hey Aquacave,
I ordered and received a SRO 5000sss from you about two weeks ago. while trying to assemble it, i clumsily broke the bracket that holds the bubble thing onto the neck. it's supposed to be screw in, but that part is gone. any chance you can send me a new ring\neck?
