Broken Brackets

Hi,

I tried to email you guys a few times with no response.

I have two Tunze Turbelle Nanostream Pump - 6025 and both brackets are broken, it seems to plastic turned very brittle as they have been installed for only 6 months and one day one bracket broke on its own and the Nanostream fell onto a coral. I pulled out the pump and bracket and the bracket was crumbling in my hand. A few days later my other Nanostream did the exact same thing but missed all corals/fish.

Why is this happening and how can I get replacements as I now have to Nanostreams that I can not use.

We changed the plastic in October and this problem has been solved, you will want to contact Tunze Canada. They should replace them under warranty. There info is attached below.

Roger,

I have been trying to get the brackets from Xenia but they do not have any stock and now I can't get ahold of them. Can you just send me two as I really need them as both my pumps are not used and my SPS are starting to suffer.

We are also out of clamps, I would send them as soon as I get more if you will pay the shipping. I expect more clamps late next week.

Can you talk to your distributor up here then as to why I can't get a hold of them. I really need replacements as the decreased flow is harming my SPS.

I had these for a little over a month and both products failed, maybe send me total replacement Nanostreams that have the correct clamps in them? should I return these to the retailer for a refund or replacement?

He is not my distributor, I am the distributor for the US, he is the distributor for Canada, he buys from Tunze Germany just like I do and we have no affiliation. I am sorry but I don't have any control or influence in the Canadian market, I would take it up with your dealer or try again to contact Phil.
