Broken Hydrometer

My friend brooked hydrometer in the sump. Ballbearings form the hydrometer are now in the sump (in the marine water) and it is quite difficult to find all.

How dangerous are those ballbearings for the long term quality of the water. I suppose that those ballbearings are made from lead.

It's hard to know what they may be. Maybe steel, maybe lead. Try a magnet on them.
