ok well my RO/DI unit is reading really wierd, my TDS meter started reading 1ppm output rather then 0ppm, so i figured it was due for a resin switch, so i did that and now i'm running at 6ppm output and 2ppm Input...how can my output be higher hten normal tap wateR? im confused...maybe i need to change out some other filters?

Borrow a TDS from someone else before you spend any more money! I will be back in Tampa tomorrow if you want to borrow mine. I can bring it to Greg's (Ah64av8tor)if you make it down there.

Higher tds readings after the DI is usually an indication that the DI is exhausted - obviously that shouldn't be the situation in your case.

Did you flush about 3 bed volumes through the DI resin before taking your post-DI tds measurement?
