broken skimmer

i have just got my tank going a couple months ago and have not had a chance to install my skimmer yet. well i knocked it over the other night and snapped the neck off of it. if i bring it to the meeting, could someone bring the appropriate glue and prep materials and re-attach it?

i have some weldon #4 and an applicator i could bring justmight dothe job also have some stuff that works good on abs and other plastics to...let me know
