Broken Wavebox

The impeller on my wavebox broke this week. Just the driveshaft portion. What's the warranty on these? This is just about a year old. What's the lead time for this part? I miss my wavebox...it does an awesome job in my 180. Let me know what I need to do to take care of this. Thanks!

Were you using the screen cover? We have this part in stock, it is part 6080.640.

Yes, it was covered with the supplied screen. Not exactly sure what happened......no snails in there when I took it apart. I will give a call on Monday. Thanks!

No problem, I see you placed a parts order, I will send a shaft at no charge and substitute a 6200.70 for your order, install the 6200.70 and keep the other as a spare.

Great! I really appreciate that. I was browsing a couple other threads here in which you mentioned to order from tunze.com so that's what I did. It's a little confusing in that it appears you are ordering the parts from Germany. I'm glad they route them properly. Thanks for the great service!
