looks more like brook to me i suggest setting up your own qt i dont trust the lfs. plus you wont be able to pay close enough attention to your fish, and you will then have one for the future which you need. and second all you have to do is 3 formalin dips every other day or every three. and i would go with 20 drops per gallon and put a small powerhead in there with the fish. and use the water from your qt.
The pics are too blurry to tell. If you got this clown recently and the other fish in the tank seem to be fine then it could be brooklynella. Copper won't help if it is brooklynella.
If it is still alive do a 1 ml Formalin (37% solution) dip per gallon for one hour (local reputable LFS should have) in a seperate bucket. Aerate this water well. Repeat every day for a total of 3-5 treatments. Make sure you place it into a QT in between treatments. I suspect either velvet or brook here. Formalin will kill both. I would treat with copper seperately in the QT during the bath treatments as well.
