Brooklynellosis or Amyloodinium

I purchased two clowns about 4 weeks ago and I noticed the bigger clown (female?) started to lose her appetite and swim closer to the bottom close to the substrate.

Compared to the male clown her color started to appear dull almost greenish and the black outlines of her fins started to fade. I have since placed her in a QT tank (started 3 days ago) and started treatment on her. I am fairly new at this hobby and trying to read as much as I can about treatment but I figured it's time for me to seek some advise.

Her symptoms (QT Tank):

1. Rapid breathing
2. Loss of appetite
3. Staying on the bottom of the tank
4. Going sideways holding herself up with one fin or leaning on the edges of the tank.
5. Discoloration of her scales: fins losing black outline, and white stripes are dull almost greenish
6. No white spots (ICH)

Any ideas would help. I am looking into the formalin dip and have done research on various sites but I don't want to try it unless I get somewhat of an idea what illness she has based on my description.

Moreover, the male clown is active and remains on the main tank and his appetite is normal (a bit of a glutton actually). I tested my parameters and everything seems normal based on other reefers parameters.

My setup is as goes:

20G AGA nanoreef, 10G refugium with LR, LS, and Chaeto, Basic cleaning crew of 5 hermits, 1 turbo snail, cleaner shrimp, and a peppermint shrimp. 24" 2X65W PC lighting.

A lot of reading but I just wanted to cover all the bases before asking. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance
