Brown algae appearing on sandbed

Tank is 3 months old, Innovative Marine SR-60 all in one.
Fish: 3 Lyretail Anthias
1- yellow clown goby
1- orchid dottyback
About 10 LPS & SPS drags, all small
6 trochus snails, 3 turbos
1- cleaner shrimp

79°
1.025 salinity
8.7 dKh
450 Ca
1400 Mg
NO3- 4.0
PO4- 0.04

The parameters of the tank have been fairly stable for at least a month, the only changes were I slowly lowered dKh past 2 weeks due to SPS tips starting to show bleaching at 10+ dKh.

Water is auto changed at 1 gal / day.
I also manually siphoned an area of sandbed yesterday that started showing this brown algae, and replaced about 5 gals.

Today it's back in the same area, and also showing spots on frag rocks & some on tank glass..

The fish are fed 4 xs daily, hikari pellets from feeder. LPS are target fed zooplankton or Reef Chili 2-3 xs/ week.

Other than lowering dKh no changes have been made to the tank. No new fish, etc, for 1 month +.

Any advice is appreciated!
