Hey guy's I dont lurk in this section much, But I decided to feed more due to corals being pale, and now this type of algae showed up on my front door.

No green hair algae at all

A little BG on my tank,
5 blue Chromis
1 blue tang
1 sixline wrasse
1 clown fish
fed 4 times a day with flakes

75G+15G Sump No refugium
Vertex Omega 130I skimmer : been producing some dark skimmate after introducing frozen food
4L matrix in a reactor
2x mp40
2little fishes reactor with 12table spoons of GFO, Possibly under the recommended amount
36" 6bulb dimmable ATI : 1 month old bulbs

As far as everything else goes. I dosed Salifert amino acid, B balance, Pohls Extra, And Coral Virtilizer,I was dosing under the recommended amount and then Stopped all doses due to this algae showing up.

Its on the glass, Overflow box, and some on the rocks. No new corals introduced in a few months.

The tank has been setup for 3 months from a 42G tranfer. I used all new acid bathed dried rocks. no green hair algae or none in the past till this algae showed up

no nitrates or phosphate test kits, glass usually gets a film within 2 days
I feed less then a cube of frozen a day.

Can this be Dino's? or an early start of dino's? no bubbles on the tip of the algae at all. Can this be Cyano?

Its like this if i do not clean the glass for 5-10 days

Looks like it to me, just got over battling it but didn't have much but tackle it asap mine looked exactly like yours. It never got worse but very persistent and tried just about everything but has taken weeks to get rid despite trying everything. Blackouts, UV, 10 micron filter socks, siphoning every bit I could see every day. Stopped water changes and adding phyto and pods as well as more bacteria. I have just resorted to using Dino X as so close to it completely going but not completely gone, on day 6 of treatment and it really has almost completely gone so doing a couple more treatments just to be on the safe side. I still think you need a multi pronged attack though, cleaned everything, power heads, skimmer, filters etc. Mine loved the power heads! Good luck with it!
