Brown foam on fresh batch of water

Hey everybody. I mixed up some saltwater last night in the 30 gallon brute garbage I usually use.

When I woke up this morning to check on it, and hopefully do my water change, I noticed that there is some brown foam forming on the surface of the water and on the walls where the water stops.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Instant Ocean Reef Crystals?

It's completely normal and is fine to use.

I'm using Red Sea and it has never done it before. But I also haven't changed the filters in my RODI unit since I got it back in May of last year which is what I'm thinking the problem was.

Testing the water and had some phosphates in it. Since I had filters on hand changed out everything except the membrane and 1 DI resin. Hoping things will be smooth sailing from here on out and I remember to replace these filters every 6 months
