brown patches on yellow tang

HOB

I have a yellow tang with some brown patches on it for the last several days and it seems to be spreading. It eats well (new life spectrum pellets and nori), is fat, gets along with other fish (vlagini, hippo, powder blue, orange shoulder, naso, foxface, PJ cardinal and 2 clowns in a BT), swims well and no heavy breathing. I've had him for atleast 6 years. I haven't seen anything like it on the other fish. I've searched the forum and haven't found anything comparable.

No new fish in the last year.
No new corals in the last 4 months.
Only equipment change was that I added biopellets 2 months ago.

Here are my parameters tested tonight:

350 gallons with 80 gal sump
nitrates: 1 (elos)
phosphates: .1 (elos)
Mag: 1300 (elos)
Calcium: 420 (elos)
Temp: 79 (pinpoint)
Alk: 7 (elos)
pH: 8.30 (pinpoint)
WC: 10 gal/week (from wet skimming)

Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Could it have gotten stung by an anemone or some LPS coral? You posted this a week ago, how is it doing now?
