Brown slime ID

Is this cyano? It is in my refugium and has popped up in the last week or so. Seems to be spreading rather quickly and has a hairy type of presentation with some bubbles mixed in.

looks like brown hair algae to me. a few cyano in there too.

Thanks for the reply! I just started running phosguard in my reactor and will do a few days of lights out just to be sure
