Brown slimy Algae

Hello everyone. I'm not sure what this is but all my parameters look good. Not sure what the problem is but please let me know what you all think from the pictures.

It looks like a combination of both Diatoms and Cyanobacteria IMO. Whatever it is though, the remedy is pretty much the same for a lot of different types of algae growth.

Hard to tell, but almost looks like the beginnings of dinos.
