Brown Spots on Elegance?

Anyone know what these brown spots are on my elegance? We've had it about 3 months now and it continues to grow and seems healthy. It eats like crazy. But it seems to have brown spots all over it.

Ideas?

They look like flatworms to me

Do flat worms get that large? These are about the diameter of a thumbtack.

They do all look pretty uniform in size and shape though. I assumed they were growths on the Elegance, but now more that I look at them they could be worms I guess.

Definitely looks like flatworms to me! you might want to do a dip on your coral, not sure which one is better for flatworms. while you're in there you can inspect and try to get them off.

So I used a siphon and it pulled off hundreds of the little buggers.

Looks like I need to check into the Flatworm chemicals or get a flatworm eating nudibranch.
