Brown spots on Yellow Tang

I've had this yellow tang for about 5 months and he's been very healthy so far. I introduced a powder blue tang and he brought ich into my system. So I ended up removing all the fishes from the display tank and placed them in a 30 Gallon long tank for hyposalinity (1.009) treatment. They've been in there for about 6 weeks now and the yellow tang just started developing these brown spots all over his body...anybody know what this is and what I should do about it? Is it just stress related? Or do I need to get some medicine to treat this and the ich?

I've been doing 50% water changes every other day the entire time to control ammonia and nitrite spikes. I have a powder blue tang, yellow tang and blue hippo tang, 4 chromis and a clown fish. I know the tangs should have a bigger tank but this is all I had to put them in. I'm hoping a few more weeks and I can put them back in the 150G display tank. Noobie mistake...I definately learned my lesson and will quarantine any new fish in the future.

Noticed any fighting between the Yellow and the PB? Hard to tell from the pic but those could be battle scars. Also, I think your YT might be developing early signs of HLLE around the face. In any case, I would probably treat with antibiotics. Even if those marks aren't an infection of some sort, they look bad enough to potentially develop into an infection IMHO.

I've seen the yellow tang and powder go at each other a little bit, but it's usually nothing serious. My plan is to get some medicine for them just in case.
