brown stuff coming from frogspawn

hello
I have a nice size frogspawn in my 75 galling tank. I'm running 2 Kessils 360we. I've been playing with the lighting and just yesterday I had the color up 50% which are lesser blue and more of a brighter spectrum but I'm leaving the intensity at the minimum 5%. I noticed that all the corals seemed to open up really nice. Aside from the big 8+ head frogspawn I have 2 additional frogspawns one is a 2 head and the other 1 head. I also have a torch coral as well. So they all seem to like the lights. But I did notice that the big frogspawn is releasing a brown poo like string from 1 or 2 of the heads this was yesterday and today I noticed it did it again. It's not constant and it isn't a whole bunch but of course I'm curious to know if this is triggered from the brighter light spectrum or if it's a good or a bad sign. Is it stress? They lights are not in the brighter setting for too long as The lights are on a timer so they go through a sunrise and sunset cycle. I use the Kessils controller .
Thanks for any replies and shared knowledge .

Same with my hippo, the wife thought it was really nasty. Aside from this , have you noticed any other issues with the coral??
What type of coral do you have?

It was a frogspawn, totally healthy. Would occasionally expel stuff and fish would eat it. Was nothing to worry about, for me.

All my euphyllia do this. Their just expelling waste, or "pooping" as you noted.

Since my orange plate is on the sandbed, it gets the most food, and poops the most. lol

I only have Euphyllia. When I got my kessil it bleached them all out running at 50%. This was coming from metal halide. Now I've been ramping back up to 50% over the last few months and I run the color at the bluer end of the spectrum. This seems to have helped hem regain color. I read from others in the kessil thread that running them bluer helps
