Brown Tunze Turbelle 6000 Pump - Yuk!

Hello Marine Depot,

Per Roger Vitko's reccomendation, I purchased the TS07 from you, Marine Depot, for my 55 gallon tank. Yesterday I received my TS07 and noticed that the 6000 pump is brown. The color Brown does not go with my aquaria decor. I know this is an older model and I even wrote in my instructions to you in my order to send me the black model only. Can you please ship out the newer black model in exchange for the brown older one. I am just wondering if you read the notes that a customer writes within their order. I am a little perturbed by this episode considring the amount of money I paid for this TS07. By the way, I just received this and have not used it in any water since I do not have my tank set up yet. Please advise!

Just an update: I immediately received an email from Brett who apologized for the mix-up, gave me an RMA number, and will be sending a call tag so I do not have to pay for shipping the pump back. This is what I call excellent customer service! Thanks so much Brett!

You know over time alge will encrust the pump anyway and will blend with the tank. By the way the tunze streams rock. Two work my tank over very well.
