Brownish/gold Alge?

New to hobby. Tank almost ready according to water test.
Just added new pc current orbit lighting and brownish, gold alge is blooming all over sand and liverock. I was told that this is normal and the brownish gold alge will disappear as the the tank becomes more stable is this true? tanks looks ugly.

yeo all you need is time you can get a cleaner crew to start working on it.

This sounds like diatoms. It should pass but just keep an eye on the nutrient inputs and exports of your aquarium. Phosphate in particular.
