BRS Calcium mixing

I just received my order of two part from BRS. I was out of two part for four days. I mixed the calcium and it started to get warm. I thought for a second and then realized that I had poured the entire packet in at once. My question is, is the calcium solution still okay to use ?

Yeah, should be fine, that's normal.

Yep. No worries.

It's the alk that if you put it all in at once then you might get some precip out. If that happens just soak the jug in warm/hot water and mix again.

This is what I was wanting to hear. So I guess I need to wait until it cools a good bit to dose then?

If you think about it, Thomas, there's a reason the stuff is sold as de-icer.

So that is truly perfectly normal and should be expected.
