BRS heater dead at 1 year (resolved)

Most expensive heater in the system died at 1 year, 200w BRS titanium (Schego). It has a 3 yr warranty but that's still annoying. Plunked in a 35yr old 150w glass heater and no surprise it works.

Not a fan of BRS anything anymore especially since they have been bought out.

I had one of three 200W heaters that I run on my system fail as well over the summer less than the 1 year mark. They took care of the warranty replacement right away

I should add that BRS customer service has been fantastic. A replacement has already been shipped.

Received replacement heater yesterday. 1 week from reporting it, to my door in Canada, seems pretty reasonable.
