Bryopsis or Hair Algae

I know that there are a ton of posts on this topic but I Haven't been able to conclude if this Bryopsis? Or is it just GHA? It is not soft like other hair algae but just a bit on the wiry side. Does bryopsis always have fern like ends? This has been in my coral grow out tank for several months and doesn't do much more than seen here, in terms of length and structure.

Can confirm this is not GHA, you'd have a lot more hair than this
