BT trigger how much to feed.

So I picked up a 4" BT trigger today for my Hawaiian tank. I did all my research on the fish. My only real question is how much do you feed your BT triggers. All I can find is the words a lot. But how much is a lot. Thank

I like to keep my fish fat so I might be the wrong person to ask. I feed my triggers until I can see a slight bulge in their stomach. When I'm home more I throw smaller portions in over a few times. Obviously you don't want an underfed trigger(lol).

I feed 2x per day (Mon, Wed, Fri). I feed 3x per day (Tues, Thurs). On the weekends they can get up to 6 small feedings per day.

So is that like 1/2 a cube per feeding ?

When I go twice a day, the first feeding is pellets/flakes and the 2nd is 1-2 cube(s) of frozen(also on these days some Nori gets threw in). The days I go 3x a day, the 1st is pellets, the 2nd is flakes, and the 3rd is 1 frozen cube.
