bta acclimation

what is the best way to acclimate ? drip, or saltwaterfish.com says temp acclimate then release in the water. What is the best in everyones opinion?

Drip acclimating is probably the best way. I would first temperature acclimate it before dripping acclimating it.

thanks , I went with the drip method after a 30 min temp acclimate. So far , so good . It has attached to a rock and opened up some so I hope I went the right way.Thanks again
