BTA Dying?

My bubble tip nem has been doing great then all the sudden. Yesterday shrunk up and had brown goo coming out of its mouth. I heard they will shrink to expel waste so I figured that's what it was, it even inflated back to normal last night then this morning same thing again only this time it's detaching from the rock. It looks healthy but the mouth is open a bit what's going on?

If the foot is detaching, it maybe on it's way out. Keep a close eye and if the foot doesnt completely reattach, plan on pulling it out.

It fell off the rock so I put it back and turned the pumps off so it could reattach and it did and is now inflating again soon ***
