BTA is this dying

see attached. My BTA is not doing well. It's tips use to be long and now they have shrunk. Any ideas? Is it my lights?

It looks healthy to me have you tried to feed it?

it looks bleached but some regular feedings and good water parameters will fix that in no time keep us updated
