BTA - Need help

My BTA was doing well till about two weeks ago when I noticed a black object sticking out from its mouth. I thought it was consuming a fish because we lost a leopard wrasse around that time. Since then, it hasn't been looking too healthy - but it was still alive. today, it is drooping from the rock but still attached to the rock when i was checking whether it was still alive. please see picture.

i have another RTA which is still doing great hence I don't think it is the water chemistry/parameters that is killing the RTA. I am wondering if anyone has any idea what could have caused it and whether it is still alive.

Additionally, can anyone advise whether upon death, the anemone will still be attaching to the rock.

Thank you,
