So I decided to give an anemone a try, got a nice green one. First night he takes a stroll and in the morning I find a couple chunks of him laying in the sand bed.

$40 well spent :headwally:
Did a really large water change, and have another prepped incase of any spikes.

Anyway.. question is.. I could not find the rest of him, I have a biocube 29 so I figured I better search before my tank crashes. I moved the rock work around and found nothing.

1. Can anemones fit into really small cracks in rock work? maybe he's alive in super tight spot?
2. Possible that he got totally shredded except for the few chunks I found? mp10 style. The pieces I found definitely don't = the whole thing.

Yes water change!

Suction up any pieces.

They can fit in the tight spaces or even in the sand. Depends on what type and how it got off the power head.

Sump?
Skimmer?
Pump?
Hoses?

I have the biocube 29, Did two water changes, 10g, and a 5g. Threw carbon in.
Got all the pieces I could see, Moved all the rocks around didn't see anything but maybe he's hiding out.. either that or got completely shredded.
Cleaned out the back chambers as well didn't see anything.

Water is testing good so I might be OK, It was a bubble tip.
