bTA question

I bought a BtA about a week ago..I put it on top of a rock next morning I found it in between 2 rocks..few days later I remove him from there next morning he back in the same spot it's like he hiding on something.. Is this normal

Yes. They take some time to decide where they want to be.

The best thing you can do is just leave him alone. Once its acclimates to your tank and lighting it should move out or it will extend enough for you to see him. Do not try and move him where you want you will only cause stress. Its attaching so thats a good sign. Good luck.
