bta removal

I have two bta's, and I would like to get rid of them. Whats the easiest way to move them off of a rock so that I can sell or trade them away? I can't just give up the rock hes on, since it has a lot of zoos I'd like to keep.

One of the guys in my reef club said he uses icecubes on the anenome's foot to make it let go. Interesting idea, check the CORA boards to find the post, I don't have time to look for it.
