BTA shipping

I am thinking of having a BTA shipped today for tomorrow delivery. It should arrive by 11 but I don't get home until 6-7. If my wife brought the box in the house would the BTA be ok until I got home?

Thanks Dan

They way I see it it is better then if it was stuck on truck. The box in the house and the bag acclimating in sump for a few hours. Or am I just talking myself into a mistake.

BTAs are pretty resilient, it will be fine.

When I receive shipped livestock at my office, it's usually sitting in its bag until I get home in the evening. They're no worse for the wear. Once, UPS misrouted a shipment from Live Aquaria and it arrived a day late. Everything survived and is doing well.

Once the bag is open and the water is exposed to air, the ammonia in the bag becomes toxic, so that's when time consideration becomes important. Thankfully with anemones, you can just temperature acclimate and then place them in the tank.

So I received these three beauties today from LA Reefs. Looking real healthy.
